• Downloadable Materials
  All downloadable products (such as curricula, novel studies, and activity guides) are nonrefundable. Due to the digital nature of these materials, all sales are final.

• Courses Offered Directly Through WordPlay
  Courses purchased directly from our website may be refunded up to one week before the course start date. After that time, we are unable to offer refunds or credits.

• Courses Offered on Outschool
  Courses purchased through Outschool are subject to Outschool’s withdrawal and refund policies. Please refer to their site for details regarding timelines and eligibility.
